Hands on day courses for older teenagers*. The course runs from 10am to 3.30pm and includes a light lunch, served at the cookery school demonstration table.
Basic Cookery Skills:
This is a course designed to give novice teenage cooks the essential skills to make delicious and wholesome meals. This is ideal for today's busy lifestyles, when family members come home at different times and for those going to college or university and living away from home for the first time.
Cooks will be taught the class the basic skills that underpin day to day cookery, from simple grilling and pan-frying to a roast dinner and delicious puddings.
This course will enable proficient teenage cooks to improve their technical skills and expand their recipe repertoire, as they are guided through a seasonal dinner party menu.
